Helical
Helical is the latest collaboration between US-born, Australian-based trombonist and
composer Chris Stover and Danish bassist and composer Niels Præstholm, building on
many years of cutting-edge work they have pursued both together and individually.
Den Sønderjyske Hustrio
Niels Præstholm, Steffan Grarup og Chris Falkenberg udgør Sønderborgs helt helt egen jazztrio på højeste niveau, hvor veteranbassisten Niels Præstholm er teamet op med de to fremadstormende Sønderborg-musikere, pianisten Steffan Grarup og trommeslageren Chris Falkenberg.

Niels Præstholm Quartet and Quintet
In 2018 Niels Præstholm formed the new Niels Præstholm Quartet with trumpet player Erik Kimestad, drummer Bjørn Heebøll and his associate through many years saxofonist Simon Spang-Hanssen.
